Prerequisites

GZDoom v4.14.2 with rendering backend GLES3.2 (AFAIK, leaving 'Disable user shadows' and 'Disable user post-process shaders' on should be fine but some forums say disabling them shoujld resolve issues if they arise

Forums recommend using the Vulkan or OpenGL rendering engines so I'm using Vulkan but I didn't notice a diference on others, though it might be too soon to tell

No recommendations for the Voxel Doom settings aside from turning parallax on 

The 3D armor will be the first easy indication that the mod is working

The first room where it's easy to see the parallax setting in effect

The dead soldier is the second easy place to see the mod in effect

The shotgun is the 3rd easy place to see the mod in effect. Keen eyes will notice the ammo, health and small armor bonuses as well but other differences are visible along the way
