Rule of 25 (for editing mobile photos with a lot of zoom)

Final Result

I don't mind taking zoomed in photos but the end result is either inconsistent or the colors are hit or miss depending on when I hit the shutter to take the photo. These are the steps I took to normalize the "best" shot I could take to match what I actually saw. I took a video for additional comparison.

• Steps
• Google Photos - Blue Tone (-25), Warmth (25), Shadows (-25)
• Snapseed
• Details Part 1 - Structure (50), Sharpening (25), Apply to bottom half of image
• Details Part 2 - Structure (-100), Sharpening (100), Apply to top half of image (aka the sky)
• HDR Scape - People (25)
• Results - Using these steps, I was able to removes excessive the blue tone sharpen and enhance the foreground and otherwise enhance the skyscrapers so they look less like they're underwater or blending in to the rest of the photo
