Homemade Mango Sorbet

  • Ingredients
    • 1 mango (medium/large)
    • 1/4 cup orange juice (or 1 orange or 2 tangerines)
    • 1/8 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1/8 tbsp honey
  • Preparation
    • Peel and remove pit from mango then place pieces into blender
    • Add orange juice (or peel and addorange/tangerines), lemon juice and honey to blender
    • Blend until smooth then freeze
  • Consume
    • Let defrost for about 5 minutes
    • Serve, makes about 3 servings
