Baked Nachos

 

  • Ingredients
    • Tortillas (corn or flour)
    • Beans of choice (I used pinto beans)
    • Cheese of choice (I used Colby Jack Cheese)
    • Lettuce
    • Salsa of choice (I used chunky salsa)
  • Preparation (Cooking)
    • Bake tortillas in oven till crispy
    • Cook beans in pressure cooker till soft
    • Chop lettuce and shred cheese
  • Preparation (Eating)
    • Break tortillas into pieces until plate is covered
    • Add beans then cheese and let cheese melt (or melt faster in toaster oven)
    • Add lettuce and salsa
