- 2 cups chopped watermelon (chilled or fresh)
- 2 cups strawberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 banana (sliced or whole / frozen or fresh)
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- Preparation
- Mix watermelon, strawberries, banana and chia seeds in blender
- Blend until smooth
- Serving
- Makes 2 servings
- If using frozen strawberries and banana, can drink immediately
- If using fresh strawberries and banana, chill then service
