Watermelon Strawberry Smoothie

  • Ingredients
    • 2 cups chopped watermelon (chilled or fresh)
    • 2 cups strawberries (frozen or fresh)
    • 1 banana (sliced or whole / frozen or fresh)
    • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • Preparation
    • Mix watermelon, strawberries, banana and chia seeds in blender
    • Blend until smooth
  • Serving
    • Makes 2 servings
    • If using frozen strawberries and banana, can drink immediately
    • If using fresh strawberries and banana, chill then service
