Cancel Culture for my diet


To get back on track for my weight loss goals, I thought I would incrementally cut out the bad stuff from my diet. To that end, each month, I decided to quit one thing cold turkey this month, then add 1 extra item each month until they're all cut out. I'm hoping this allows for me to quit that item, then add more without cutting everything out and create a shock that would ultimately cause the plan to fail.
